If you use fake data there is no problem with that, except the BCC field won’t work as expected and you won’t receive a copy of the petition.
The sole purpose of the form is so you can test the plugin – the only reason your data is not deleted is so that the signature count keeps increasing. If you specifically want your data deleted, use the contact form and specify the email address you wish to have deleted. If it exists, it will be done.
