This is a known issue for which I apologise. It is being caused when checking whether there is a new version and there is a problem connecting to the server license.speakoutpetitions.com
The annoying part for me is that it only seems to affect a handful of people with WordPress hosted on some servers. Until I can solve it there is an easy fix, disable the update checker.
Go to dashboard – SpeakOut! Pro – settings and click on the security tab
There you will see an option to Enable updater. Uncheck it.
